Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Printing. We specialize in flexographic direct print of up to six colors plus varnish and 1 color inside printing all in one machine pass, lithographic label laminating, and digital printing.

Die cutting. With two rotary die cutters and a large flatbed die cutter, we can accommodate a full range of die cutting needs.

Specialty gluing. Our specialty folder gluers are capable of gluing many different design types, including auto lock bottoms, infold and outfold trays.

Cost-effective box converting. Our facility includes a 37” high-speed flexo folder gluer with three colors and die cutting capabilities, as well as a 50” high-speed flexo folder gluer with two colors and die cutting capabilities. This equipment facilitates highly cost-effective box converting.

Large boxes. Our large format printer can handle sheet widths up to 185”, accommodating most large box requirements.
